- Our insurer — driver details, as required to put you on cover.
- Analytics providers — only with your consent, and only usage data, never booking details.
We do not sell personal data. We do not transfer it outside the UK/EEA except where a provider (such as Stripe) does so under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal record-keeping (typically six years). Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within [to confirm] months. Analytics data is retained per the provider's settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via the Manage cookies button on the Cookie Policy page.
